About us

At your service!

The Oregon Health Authority’s Community Partner Outreach Program (CPOP) has built a one-of-a-kind network of community partner organizations serving every county in Oregon.

Our mission is to engage communities across Oregon to advance an equitable, responsive health system, envisioning a strong and healthy Oregon.

What we do:

Our team focuses on developing and maintaining community and agency partnerships to assist Oregon’s most vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations with navigating and dismantling barriers to health coverage access.

Our Regional Outreach Coordinators (ROCs) train, support and certify community partners across 10 regions who help Oregonians apply for, enroll in and renew their health coverage.

Additionally, ROCs facilitate on-going partner collaboration and provide technical assistance. They are the critical bridge between the public and the state, collecting and sharing feedback to improve the health coverage system for all.

Community Health Worker Training

CPOP is now able to provide Community Health Worker (CHW) training. This training has been approved as part of the CHW state certification process. This will be one more way in which our community partners will be equipped to help people beyond health coverage assistance and on their way to achieving better overall health and wellbeing.
