People of Any Age or Immigration Status May Qualify for Full Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Benefits

As of July 1, 2023, people of any age who meet income and other criteria, qualify for full Oregon Health Plan (OHP) benefits and other services and supports, no matter their immigration status.

How is this possible?

House Bill (HB) 3352 (2021) put into law a program called “Healthier Oregon.”

Who is eligible?

Thanks to Healthier Oregon, people may now qualify for OHP if they:

How do I apply for full OHP benefits?

All help is free and available in multiple languages. You can apply:

Starting July 1, 2023, immigration or citizenship status will no longer affect whether someone qualifies for OHP.
